Our company in Labico has always been committed to protecting the environment by implementing production and processing systems that are compatible with the environment and that maintain the characteristics of authenticity and freshness of the product. In this regard, in fact, we are concerned with considerably reducing our impact on the environment in terms of energy consumption, and increasing the use of renewable resources.

Installation of photovoltaic systems to reduce emissions

In 2012 we installed our first photovoltaic system for the production of energy, and in 2017, a second system was added that has allowed us to increase greatly the amount of clean energy available to carry out production processes. This last photovoltaic system has been placed in the new latest generation technological mushroom house, equipped with an advanced instrumentation that allows the optimization of production and to decrease the impact we have on the environment for improved eco-sustainability.

Masters in the area of eco-sustainability

Our attention is constantly focused on creating production systems that are as eco-sustainable as possible, without sacrificing product quality. By virtue of this objective, in fact, we carry out market research and industry studies to optimize each process along our supply chain. One of the most interesting phases is that of packaging. With a view to reducing waste and using ecological materials, we are designing a range of completely green products that will allow us to permanently eliminate the use of plastic.
