In 2018, we installed a modern technological system for tracking our products. This allows us to constantly identify every stage of the production, storage, and distribution chain of our mushrooms. The system provides complete tracking from the mushroom's emergence, also monitoring the timing and methods of harvesting, packaging, and transportation throughout Italy. Using this technology offers a twofold advantage: on the one hand, it allows us to constantly monitor the production chain, and on the other, it is a useful tool for consumers, enabling them to learn about the growing area, product characteristics, harvest date, labeling, and all the information needed to make a more informed purchase.

The introduction of this traceability system is driven by the company's need to monitor the product throughout the entire supply chain. This way, we always know the path followed by each individual mushroom: where it was grown, when it was harvested, what processing it underwent, and much more.
Constant monitoring of the mushroom production chain
The company employs only specialized and specially trained personnel to impeccably manage every stage of the supply chain. The supply chain is deliberately kept very short to allow for constant daily checks on the product and to ensure its freshness and authenticity before it reaches the consumer's table.
